Se busca un Customer Service Officer para la sucursal Romulo Betancourt, responsable de atender a clientes en transacciones bancarias corrientes y consultas, garantizando el cumplimiento de normas y políticas del banco.

Responsabilidades principales

Atender a los clientes que necesitan efectuar transacciones bancarias y resolver sus consultas sobre servicios y modificaciones de datos.
Promover la cultura centrada en el cliente, cumplir los objetivos de servicio y referir oportunidades de venta al oficial correspondiente.
