About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Agents to join our team and provide high‑quality support to our clients. The role is based on‑site and requires a professional level of English to handle inbound and outbound communications.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
- Document interactions and update client records accurately.
- Identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
- Promote company services and assist with upselling opportunities.
Required profile
- Professional level of English.
- Willingness to commute to the workplace.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
