About the role

The Assistant Creative will support the development of 360° marketing campaigns at CREATIBOX MARKETING 360 AGENCY. Working in a hybrid setting from Santo Domingo, you will collaborate closely with design and account teams to produce visual concepts that align with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for integrated campaigns, sales‑promotion graphics, and digital content.
• Adapt artwork for various formats, including point‑of‑sale displays, social media, and print materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas and storytelling.
• Prepare client presentation decks and ensure all deliverables meet quality and visual‑identity standards.
• Review and finalize materials before publication.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting ideas and coordinating with teams and clients.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate original concepts and compelling narratives.
• Formal education in advertising, graphic design, communication, or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in pairs or coordinating small creative teams.
