Courier – Package Delivery & Pickup

About the role

FedEx is looking for courteous and efficient couriers to handle the delivery, sorting, and pick‑up of packages. You will ensure shipments comply with FedEx Express service standards and complete all required paperwork.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up, sort, inspect, and deliver assigned packages on time.
• Verify labeling, weight, size, hazardous‑material requirements, and customs documentation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate paperwork such as airway bills, delivery records, and duties/taxes invoices.
• Maintain security of FedEx property, customer packages, cash, and hazardous materials.
• Operate the assigned vehicle safely, following local regulations and FedEx safety policies.
• Collect D/T invoices for customs processing when needed.
• Provide leads to the Station Ops manager or sales team and inform them of customer or competitor changes.
• Ensure personal appearance, uniform, and vehicle are clean and professional.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license for the assigned vehicle and a clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Ability to lift 70 lb (32 kg) and handle single packages up to 150 lb (68 kg) with equipment.
• Basic English reading, writing, and math skills; ability to pass the Basic Skills Test.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with good organizational skills.
• Willingness to work variable shifts.
