About the role

The Import Coordinator will manage end‑to‑end import operations, ensuring that shipments move smoothly from origin to final delivery while meeting logistical, customs and documentation standards. The role supports customers by providing timely and efficient service throughout the import process.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate import activities from request receipt to final cargo delivery.
• Prepare and submit manifests in the SIGA system and handle all required import documentation.
• Liaise with international agents, suppliers and internal teams to schedule and track shipments.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate updates to clients promptly.
• Validate documentation, pre‑billing and payment requests for each operation.
• Keep shipment information current in relevant systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, delivery timelines and customer satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or graduate in International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum two years of experience in comprehensive import processes (preferred).
• Proven experience creating SIGA manifests and handling foreign‑trade documentation.
• Experience coordinating shipments and managing international suppliers.
• Intermediate level of English (desired).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Hands‑on experience with the SIGA import‑manifest system.
