About the role

The Human Management Coordinator will lead the HR function, ensuring ethical practices, compliance with labor regulations, and high‑quality employee services. This position reports to senior management and works closely with all departments to support the organization’s people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and induction processes.
• Design and implement training and development programs.
• Manage payroll updates, including hires, terminations, leaves, and overtime.
• Oversee compliance with TSS, INFOTEP, and other statutory obligations.
• Monitor adherence to internal policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Resolve employee conflicts and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong service orientation, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
• In‑depth knowledge of current labor code.
• Availability to work 8:00 am‑5:30 pm, Monday‑Friday, with occasional Saturday requirements.
