About the role

Santo Domingo Motors is looking for a creative and results‑driven Design and Content Coordinator to produce graphic and audiovisual assets that support brand campaigns, social media, activations, launches and other initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, campaigns, promotions, launches, activations and point‑of‑sale materials.
• Create and edit short videos, reels, stories and other audiovisual content for digital platforms.
• Adapt visual content to the specific needs of each channel and format.
• Support audiovisual coverage of events, rides, activations and national launches.
• Utilize AI tools to boost creativity and productivity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing and After‑Sales teams.
• Ensure proper use of brand visual identity and guidelines.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Communication, Audiovisual Production or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation and/or digital asset production.
• Experience editing short videos for social media platforms.
• Familiarity with automotive, motorcycle, sports, lifestyle or consumer‑brand environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
• Experience using Canva and CapCut or similar design/video tools.
• Knowledge of AI‑based content creation tools.
• Basic photography and video‑recording techniques.
