About the role
The Key Accounts Coordinator will support strategic B2B clients by delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth account operations. This role requires a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with key strategic customers.
- Provide day‑to‑day support for B2B client inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate commercial activities and assist in the preparation of proposals and contracts.
- Monitor account performance using CRM and ERP systems.
- Prepare reports and analyses to support decision‑making for key accounts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B customer service, commercial assistance, or account management.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience using CRM and ERP platforms.
