About the role

The Project Coordinator will oversee the execution of construction works, ensuring that teams have the necessary tools, materials, and information to complete tasks safely and on schedule. This position acts as the main link between the site crew, contractors, and the client.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and assigned personnel.
• Verify that workers have required tools and equipment.
• Study and understand project drawings and specifications.
• Manage contracts, settlements, and documentation for workers and subcontractors.
• Submit daily log reports and material requisitions to the purchasing department.
• Inspect progress at each construction stage and maintain communication with the client.
• Report incidents to Human Resources and notify staff departures via email.
• Coordinate the supply of construction inputs as needed.
• Send overtime reports to HR and inform supervisors of any delays or advances.
• Ensure compliance with installation, signage, accessory mounting, and construction regulations.
• Provide periodic progress reports to management and deliver daily work logs.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering degree.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Leadership and command presence.
• Analytical mindset and ability to follow instructions.
• Capacity to work under pressure and deliver results.
• Knowledge of construction norms and regulations.
• Willingness to travel as required.
