About the role

The Logistics Operations Coordinator is responsible for supervising and coordinating the receipt, storage, dispatch and distribution of goods. The role ensures operational standards are met, resources are optimized and product flow remains continuous throughout the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receipt, storage, picking and dispatch processes.
• Coordinate daily activities of the distribution centre.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures, norms and operational standards.
• Manage and develop the team to guarantee proper performance.
• Track operational indicators and drive continuous‑improvement plans.
• Collaborate with transport and logistics areas to secure timely product flow.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and safety of facilities.
• Oversee personnel management processes and team development.

Required profile

• Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading teams or supervising operations.
• Knowledge of logistics processes, distribution, storage and inventory management.
• Ability to lead teams and manage operational processes.
• Availability to work in logistics operations and distribution centres.
