About the role

The Contract Compliance Coordinator / Contract Manager is responsible for ensuring that all operational, administrative and financial obligations of a contract are met while maintaining a strong relationship with the client. The role involves monitoring key performance indicators, managing risks and upholding contractual commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and guarantee full compliance with contract terms.
• Coordinate operations and maintenance activities within the contractual framework.
• Monitor the economic management of the contract, including budgets and costs.
• Maintain and develop the client relationship.
• Support the installation manager and contribute to continuous improvement of the management system.

Required profile

• Experience in bidding processes and project management.
• Preferably experience in transport systems such as cable cars, metro or other public infrastructure.
• Proven experience in contract control and monitoring with the Dominican State.
• Knowledge of public and private procurement legislation.
• Ability to manage project schedules, costs and budgets.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Excel.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
