About the role
The Cutting and Laminating Coordinator will oversee production cost, maintenance activities and continuous improvement within Cardinal Health's manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage cost of production, process improvement, supply chain, quality assurance, employee safety and environmental commitment.
- Perform assembly tasks, including repetitive and non‑repetitive production of components, sub‑assemblies and finished units following standard operating procedures.
- Conduct quality inspections on processing lines in accordance with specifications.
- Provide technical guidance, training and mentorship to less experienced team members.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; high school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to apply extensive knowledge of company policies, lead new processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Capable of working independently on complex problems with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to support an inclusive workplace and comply with all quality guidelines.
