About the role

The Accounting Coordinator will lead and supervise all accounting and tax processes, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and reliable financial reporting to support management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, depreciation, amortization and provisions.
• Lead monthly and annual closing processes, integrating accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, delivering timely information for managerial decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with tax obligations, preparing and filing tax reports in line with current regulations.
• Support internal and external audits, providing accurate and reliable information.
• Analyze budget variances and account balances, identifying anomalies and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee fixed‑asset control, depreciation, inter‑company reconciliations and high‑volume AR/AP processes.
• Maintain the integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all accounting data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Public Accounting or Finance.
• Active professional license (Exequatur) or equivalent registration.
• 3–4 years of supervisory or senior analytical experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of the Tax Code and current fiscal regulations.
• Advanced leadership, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or QuickBooks.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
