About the role

The Foreign Trade Coordinator will oversee the entire import process for the company, ensuring smooth customs clearance, timely dispatch to warehouses, and accurate invoicing to the accounting department.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection of purchase orders ready abroad and manage the import process with suppliers and logistics agents to guarantee timely and compliant transfers.
• Monitor shipments and arrivals, track cargo status, and work with logistics partners to ensure on‑time receipt according to established deadlines.
• Handle all customs formalities, adhering to the deadlines and regulations set by the national customs authority.
• Arrange with carriers the dispatch and transportation of goods to company warehouses, ensuring deliveries follow company procedures.
• Submit invoices promptly to the accounting area, guaranteeing correct receipt and registration in line with administrative guidelines.

Required profile

• Graduate in International Business, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in English.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication abilities, strategic vision, problem‑solving skills, organization and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Knowledge of customs legislation.
• Understanding of international logistics and import/export procedures.
• Proficiency with the VUCE (Single Window for Foreign Trade) system.
• Basic to intermediate English language skills.
