About the role

The Warehouse and Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities and ensuring timely dispatch of goods to internal customers. The role guarantees proper inventory handling, accurate receipt and storage of merchandise, and compliance with established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the warehouse daily.
• Assign daily tasks to warehouse staff.
• Monitor equipment, tools, lighting, and cleanliness of the warehouse and dispatch area.
• Conduct inventory counts for raw materials and finished products.
• Request inventory replenishment based on established stock levels.
• Receive, verify, and record incoming goods from internal and external suppliers.
• Prepare and dispatch orders of raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure correct product rotation and storage.
• Perform random stock audits and control access to the warehouse.
• Supervise, evaluate, and train personnel under your charge.

Required profile

• Student nearing graduation or graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in similar warehouse supervisory roles.
• Experience in inventory planning and control.
• Honest, proactive, organized, and results‑oriented.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
