Coordinador de Activos Fijos

About the role

The Fixed Assets Coordinator will ensure proper control, management and traceability of refrigeration equipment across the country. Working closely with commercial, sales and supplier teams, the role guarantees accurate inventory reconciliation, installation coordination and reliable data in SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile physical inventories with SAP records, identify discrepancies and produce supporting reports.
• Validate client lists from the Commercial area to select appropriate sales points for equipment installation.
• Coordinate with suppliers for the delivery, installation and relocation of new refrigeration units.
• Ensure all installation requests, movements and assignments are correctly recorded in SAP.
• Generate reports on new and used equipment movements for the Sales department.
• Conduct on‑site audits of operational centers to verify physical existence and condition of assets.
• Audit sales points and monitor the handling of assets by transport personnel.
• Manage the transfer of equipment to suppliers for repair and subsequent availability.
• Report asset losses promptly to Legal, Audit and Security and support recovery processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in asset control, inventory management, auditing or related administrative functions.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Valid Category 2 or 3 driving licence.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP for inventory and asset management.
