About the role
We are looking for an Access Control Officer to ensure safety and order within a residential community in Santo Domingo Norte. The role involves managing the entry and exit of residents, visitors, contractors and service providers while providing courteous service.
Key responsibilities
- Open and close access gates and doors according to schedule.
- Register and verify the identity and authorization of residents, visitors, contractors and suppliers.
- Maintain up‑to‑date logs of all entries and exits.
- Assist visitors with basic information and directions.
- Report any anomalies, damages or suspicious situations to management.
- Enforce community rules on access, coexistence and security.
Required profile
- Completed high school education (Bachiller).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer‑service orientation.
