Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead the Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement function for the Haina MCB plant, guiding the deployment of Eaton Business System, Lean Management and Six Sigma initiatives to meet strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployment of the plant Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage and develop the Continuous Improvement team, including coaching, performance management and succession planning.
• Own the deployment and sustainment of Eaton Business System, Eaton Continuous Improvement System, Lean Management and Eaton Lean Six Sigma across the plant.
• Prioritize, execute and sustain improvement projects that drive productivity, cost reduction, quality improvement, inventory optimization and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, electrical, electromechanical engineering, business administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7‑10 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, operational excellence or continuous improvement, with proven team‑leadership.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt, Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred.

Required skills

• Lean Management and Lean tools (Kaizen, Rapid Improvement Events).
• Six Sigma methodology.
• Problem‑solving tools for business metric improvement.
• Project Management knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project and MS Visio.
