Content & Social Media Coordinator

About the role

Matcha Tea Lovers is looking for a full‑time Content & Social Media Coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense and a genuine passion for creating photography, video and digital content that builds a consistent and recognizable brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Create photography and video content for the brand.
• Film, edit and publish Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts.
• Design Stories, carousel posts and static graphics.
• Support and execute the editorial calendar.
• Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
• Transform existing photos, UGC and other assets into fresh content.
• Organise the visual asset library.
• Collaborate directly with the founder on brand‑led and founder‑led content.
• Identify trends and new creative opportunities.

Required profile

• Creative, proactive and highly organised.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in photography and video creation/editing.
• Fluent in Spanish with good command of English.
• Portfolio of previous work required.
