Construction Assistant Project Manager (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Construction Assistant Project Manager to support a US‑based construction firm. The role is fully remote, targeting professionals living in LATAM or the Caribbean who are fluent in English and value work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Review, coordinate, and manage submittals and shop drawings.
• Communicate with project teams and subcontractors via calls and emails.
• Assist with general project management tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and documentation standards.
• Maintain organized project records in Procore.

Required profile

• Prior experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or a similar construction role.
• Solid background in the construction industry with familiarity of construction documents, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Professional English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
