Conserje – Janitorial Services in Puerto Plata

About the role

We are looking for a Conserje (Janitor) to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities in Puerto Plata. The role supports the Operations area of Casa Brugal, reporting to the Buildings and Maintenance Coordinator.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of assigned areas including restrooms, employee cafeteria, production plant, offices and meeting rooms.
• Maintain floors, gutters, and surrounding areas of production lines, ensuring waste is collected and disposed of properly.
• Dust furniture, windows, décor, and equipment as required.
• Prepare the cafeteria for meetings or company events, providing refreshments such as coffee, water and napkins.
• Monitor and request cleaning supplies and ensure adequate drinking water for staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities role.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety and hygiene standards.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Ability to operate cleaning tools safely.
