Connectivity Agent (Reservations)

About the role

Majestic Resorts is seeking a Connectivity Agent to support reservation reporting and last‑minute occupancy management across its luxury hotels. The role ensures accurate availability data, assists the call centre, and provides daily and weekly reports to optimise sales and upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to email requests for availability and provide timely information.
• Conduct daily reviews of hotel category calendars to identify dates for opening or closing sales.
• Assist the Call Center with availability queries for dates currently on sales stop but potentially releasable for new bookings, upgrades or extensions.
• Perform weekly checks in the TMS system to confirm closed dates and reopen dates that should be available.
• Send weekly summaries of updated sales calendars to the Connectivity Department for distribution via Dingus.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to each reception highlighting top categories available for upgrade sales.
• Update the system with movements for reservations affected by total hotel closures.
• Provide reports to TTOOs indicating where affected reservations will be re‑allocated.
• Compile daily No‑Show and cancellation reports per hotel.
• Support ad‑hoc reporting needs from the Commercial Department, such as post‑rate‑change or special‑offer analyses.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Strong teamwork and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Dingus platform.
• Experience with reservation and rate‑management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with OTA and TTOO distribution channels.
