Community Manager / Journalist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Community Manager who also has a strong background in journalism to shape our digital presence. You will create engaging content, manage our social platforms, and interact with our audience to strengthen brand perception and drive commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the company’s social media channels and execute a monthly content calendar.
• Write compelling copy for posts and coordinate photo/video production.
• Publish content according to schedule and monitor user messages, comments, and inquiries.
• Manage online reputation, address negative feedback, and handle digital crises.
• Propose growth and engagement strategies, analyze trends, and collaborate with marketing teams or external agencies.
• Track digital advertising campaigns, generate performance reports, and measure metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
• Maintain brand visual identity and tone, cover live events, and identify influencer partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Active university student in Journalism (mandatory).
• 1‑2 years of experience managing social media for brands or companies.
• Excellent writing, flawless spelling, and effective communication.
• Creative, organized, proactive, and preferably residing in the Distrito Nacional.
