About the role

We are looking for a responsible and agile cook to join our fast‑food restaurant kitchen. The successful candidate will ensure every menu item is prepared consistently, presented attractively and served quickly while adhering to strict hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dishes according to established recipes, maintaining taste and quality.
• Organise the work station, perform preliminary cutting and portioning of ingredients.
• Keep the cooking area clean and follow food‑safety and sanitation regulations rigorously.
• Plate meals rapidly and with visual appeal during peak service periods.

Required profile

• Minimum education: secondary school or high school diploma.
• Experience: none required – training will be provided.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good organisational habits and the ability to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Food preparation techniques.
• Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

What we offer

• Salary of RD$17,700 per month plus the legal tip percentage.
• Legal benefits as required by Dominican labour law.
• Rotating schedule with weekends, holidays and one day off during the week (Monday‑Thursday).
