Client Success Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Client Success Trainer to design and deliver training programs that empower our support teams to provide exceptional customer service. The role is full‑time and based on‑site in Santo Domingo, working closely with multiple departments to align learning initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain engaging training materials and curricula.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Monitor team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to reinforce learning.
• Ensure training programs are aligned with company goals and client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training and development, preferably within customer support environments.
• Strong analytical ability to assess performance data and recommend enhancements.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven setting.
