About the role

FloorFocus is a fast‑growing digital marketing agency serving flooring companies. We are looking for a results‑driven Client Success Manager to act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing communication, and high‑impact service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and conduct regular check‑in calls.
• Manage all client communications and coordinate project timelines.
• Qualify leads generated by the marketing team and support sales conversions.
• Identify upsell opportunities for our backend programs and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate client records and report on performance metrics.
