Client Services Representative

About the role

Flash is looking for a Client Services Representative to join its Santo Domingo team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and emails, providing product assistance, and ensuring a smooth parking‑and‑charging experience. The role combines technical troubleshooting with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, following Flash’s service standards.
• Diagnose and resolve basic software and hardware issues related to iOS and Windows PC environments.
• Document all interactions, escalations, and resolutions in Flash’s ticketing system.
• Prioritize tickets to meet service level agreements and flag complex cases for higher‑level support.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base by recording common issues and work‑arounds.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in technical or customer support.
• Ability to work on‑site three days a week and remotely two days.
• Strong analytical mindset and commitment to delivering excellent service.

Required skills

• Basic troubleshooting of software and hardware problems.
• Working knowledge of iOS devices.
• Familiarity with Windows PC environments.
• Experience using ticketing systems to track and resolve issues.
