About the role

The organization is seeking a reliable and discreet administrative driver to provide safe, punctual, and efficient transportation for the Director. The driver will be responsible for the proper care and availability of the assigned vehicle while ensuring confidentiality of any information encountered during duties.

Key responsibilities

• Transport the Director to meetings, activities, and commitments, guaranteeing safety and timeliness.
• Plan routes and itineraries, taking into account destinations and traffic conditions.
• Maintain the vehicle in optimal working condition, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation.
• Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle.
• Manage vehicle expenses and documentation according to established guidelines.
• Uphold confidentiality and discretion regarding any information accessed while performing duties.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• Familiarity with major roads and routes in the metropolitan area and other operational zones.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule according to the Director’s commitments.
• Clean driving record.
