Channel & Distribution Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Channel & Distribution Manager to own our presence on major short‑term rental platforms. You will turn our listings into bookings by increasing visibility, keeping inventory accurate and collaborating with pricing to boost occupancy and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Expedia – titles, descriptions, photos, amenities and content scores.
• Own the Guesty setup, including multi‑unit listings, calendar sync, channel distribution, automated guest messaging and review requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory across all channels to avoid duplicate listings, double bookings or unsellable units.
• Work with PriceLabs (and similar tools) to adjust base and minimum prices, last‑minute discounts, seasonal rules and blocked dates.
• Track occupancy, ADR and RevPAR against the market and act when performance falls behind.
• Grow review volume and ratings, respond to guest reviews and unlock platform programmes such as Booking.com Genius and Airbnb visibility features.
• Develop new revenue streams including group bookings, monthly stays, packages and paid add‑ons.

Required profile

• 2+ years managing short‑term rentals, hotel distribution or OTA channels.
• Hands‑on experience with Guesty or a similar property‑management system (Hostaway, Lodgify, Hostfully).
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Guesty (or comparable PMS) and familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Expedia platforms.
• Pricing tools such as PriceLabs, Wheelhouse or Beyond.
