Category Management Analyst – Consumer Goods

About the role

Join PepsiCo’s Category Management team to drive growth for the Dominican Republic and ROC markets. You will work closely with key customers, sales, and cross‑functional partners to translate shopper insights into actionable commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers, KAMs and sales teams, positioning the category function as a strategic partner.
• Develop and present data‑driven category selling stories, including WCCE presentations and category reviews.
• Identify growth opportunities across Salty Snacks, C&C and Quaker by analysing market trends, shopper behavior and performance data.
• Create and implement Perfect Store guidelines, planograms and execution standards to improve product visibility and space productivity.
• Support capability building for sales and marketing through tools, insights and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a consumer‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) and highly committed to sales excellence.
