About the role
We are looking for a friendly and attentive waitress to join our team in Punta Cana. The role involves direct interaction with guests, ensuring that service procedures are followed and that customer needs are met with a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct service to guests, taking orders and delivering meals promptly.
- Follow established hospitality procedures and standards.
- Address guest requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Required profile
- Residency in Punta Cana.
- Availability for flexible, rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Completed high school education (Bachillerato).
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality or restaurant role.
