Buyer I – Procurement Assistant

About the role

The Buyer I supports Nissha Medical Technologies in planning and executing purchases of raw materials, components, equipment, supplies and services. Working closely with internal teams, the role ensures that all acquisitions meet the company’s quality standards, inventory targets and cost objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, determination and execution of purchases across multiple categories.
• Ensure purchased items comply with NMT’s quality specifications and inventory levels.
• Seek the best quality‑service‑price balance for each procurement.
• Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers.
• Generate and monitor metrics to evaluate supplier performance and service.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Basic understanding of supply‑chain concepts.
• Strong data‑analysis abilities.
