Business Immigration Paralegal

About the role

Canto Legal Immigration Attorneys is seeking a motivated Business Immigration Paralegal to join their growing team. This full‑time remote position offers the chance to work on a variety of employment‑based visa applications while collaborating closely with attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage EB‑2, L‑1, H‑1, PERM, O‑1, Investor Visa, and E‑Visa applications and petitions.
• Work closely with attorneys to ensure timely, accurate, and complete filings.
• Manage a high‑volume caseload with strong attention to detail and efficiency.
• Communicate with clients regarding case progress, required documentation, and case‑related matters.
• Stay current on business immigration regulations, procedures, and best practices.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of strong business immigration experience, including EB‑2, L visas, O‑1, and other employment‑based matters.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
