Business Development Manager – Energy Storage (C&I & Residential)

About the role

Join Pylontech to lead business development for innovative energy storage solutions across commercial, industrial and residential markets in Latin America. You will shape growth strategies, build client relationships and drive project success.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate leads through networking, events, trade shows and online platforms.
• Develop and execute a business development plan targeting new C&I and residential energy storage projects.
• Prepare persuasive proposals, bids and tender responses, customizing specifications, pricing and financial analyses.
• Lead contract negotiations, securing favourable terms while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management and operations teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Expand professional network by attending industry conferences and engaging with associations.
• Monitor market trends, policy changes and emerging technologies to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering, project management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of business development or project management experience in energy storage or renewable energy.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
