Business Development Executive

About the role

Bocobay is expanding its luxury property management services to the Dominican Republic and needs a confident, well‑connected Business Development Executive to introduce the brand and grow the portfolio around Las Terrenas.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with luxury property owners, developers and real‑estate agents.
• Build and maintain a strong network of local contacts.
• Meet prospective partners, understand their goals and present Bocobay’s value proposition.
• Guide prospects through the acquisition process from first conversation to signing.
• Represent Bocobay in the local market, ensuring every interaction reflects the promised service level.
• Manage schedule and pipeline, keep clear records and work toward agreed growth targets.

Required profile

• A natural relationship builder who communicates confidently and earns trust.
• Strong spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of the Dominican Republic property market, ideally with connections in Las Terrenas or nearby.
• Proactive approach to finding leads, following up and turning conversations into opportunities.
• Confidence to work independently, organise own schedule and stay results‑focused.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Sales or business development experience is an advantage, though strong local networks are also valued.
