Bilingual Recruiter (Project based)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead a high‑volume hiring project for a US healthcare client, focusing on remote interpreters who speak Haitian Creole and English and are based in the Dominican Republic.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract large numbers of Haitian Creole and English speaking candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp groups, universities and local communities.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline in our ATS and conduct first‑line screening calls to assess language proficiency and customer‑service attitude.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets, keep candidate records up to date, and collaborate closely with the project lead and recruitment team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in mass or high‑volume recruitment.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) and strong knowledge of the Dominican talent market.
• Ability to work independently, remotely and meet fast turnaround times.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS and candidate pipeline management.
• Proficiency in using job boards, social media and community channels for sourcing.
