Bilingual HR Manager (English‑Spanish) – Punta Cana

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual HR Manager to lead our human resources function on‑site in Punta Cana. The role combines strategic HR leadership with day‑to‑day operational support, ensuring a compliant, engaged, and high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes.
• Oversee HR administration, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and benefits support.
• Provide employee‑relations guidance and ongoing support to managers and staff.
• Drive performance‑management cycles, training initiatives, and employee development programs.
• Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies while ensuring compliance with Dominican Republic labor laws.
• Lead culture, internal communication, and employee‑engagement activities.
• Produce HR metrics, reports, and workforce‑planning insights in partnership with senior leadership.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Manager or Generalist.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Dominican Republic labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to work on‑site in Punta Cana.
