Bilingual Customer Success & Sales Specialist

About the role

CoolCash DR is seeking a proactive bilingual professional to manage customer communication, follow‑up leads, and drive conversions for its fast‑growing digital loan platform. The role involves handling high volumes of inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and social media while guiding applicants through the loan process.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up leads generated from the website, WhatsApp, social media and digital campaigns.
• Communicate with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other digital channels.
• Identify qualified customers based on loan criteria and required documentation.
• Guide customers through the entire loan application process, requesting and verifying IDs, bank statements and employment information.
• Respond promptly to customer questions and use sales techniques to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain organized lead tracking, submit completed applications to processing, and help reduce operational bottlenecks.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance updates on conversion and lead status.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong customer service experience via calls and text‑based channels.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with excellent organization and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing or related fields.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce.
