About the role
We are looking for a motivated Bakery Assistant to join our daily production team. You will help prepare a variety of baked goods according to the schedule, ensuring high quality and freshness while providing friendly service to customers in the bakery area.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and bake daily assortment of breads, pastries, and other bakery products following the production plan.
- Maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation standards.
- Assist customers visiting the bakery area, answering questions and offering samples.
- Keep workstations clean and organized, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols.
Required profile
- High school diploma (Graduado Bachiller) or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of experience working in a bakery or similar food‑production environment.
- Strong interest in pastry and bakery production.
