About the role

We are looking for a Rotating Store Assistant to support daily operations across multiple departments of our supermarket in Santo Domingo Oeste. The role involves moving between sections as needed to ensure smooth store functioning. You will be part of a team focused on delivering a pleasant shopping experience and keeping all areas operating efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support in various supermarket areas, rotating according to operational needs.
• Maintain store order, stock replenishment, and organization.
• Deliver attentive customer service in assigned sections.
• Assist with merchandising tasks to optimize product presentation.
• Support inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Collaborate with department managers to implement promotional displays.

Required profile

• High school graduate (Bachiller).
• At least 6 months experience in a similar retail or supermarket role.
• Basic knowledge of merchandising principles.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a rotating schedule.
