About the role
The Customer Service Assistant will ensure a pleasant experience for shoppers by providing accurate information, maintaining equipment functionality, and keeping the store clean. This position is based on‑site in a consumer‑goods environment and reports to the store manager.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and answer product‑related questions.
- Provide clear information about promotions, pricing, and product usage.
- Monitor and maintain the proper operation of store machinery and equipment.
- Ensure the store meets hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Assist with basic merchandising tasks as needed.
Required profile
- High‑school diploma (graduated bachiller).
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑service role.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work full‑time on site.
