About the role

The Logistics Assistant will coordinate and monitor import and export operations, ensuring efficient shipment handling, accurate documentation, and high‑quality customer service. The role supports commercial development by identifying and following up on new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end logistics operations for import and export, from shipment coordination to file delivery.
• Monitor cargo status and keep clients informed about receipt, location, and progress.
• Coordinate LCL, FCL and neutral loads, ensuring compliance with established processes.
• Prepare and track transport and logistics quotations until approval.
• Liaise with warehouses, agents, carriers and other providers to guarantee smooth execution.
• Handle all required documentation, ensuring completeness and timely availability.
• Review and validate operational documents such as Loading Guides, Masters, Bookings, etc.
• Arrange pick‑up processes, container reservations and other client logistics needs.
• Prepare files and documentation for invoicing and internal tracking.
• Provide client support throughout the logistics process, offering timely solutions.
• Identify commercial opportunities through calls, quotations and prospect management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client and opportunity data in company tools.
• Assist the logistics team with operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Knowledge of international import, export and logistics processes.
• Experience coordinating LCL, FCL and consolidated shipments.
• Ability to prepare and follow up on national and international logistics quotations.
• Familiarity with logistics and customs management platforms.
• Strong customer service orientation and coordination with shipping lines, warehouses, carriers and agents.
