About the role

The Project Legal Management Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Legal Department, handling documentation, access control and contract processes for the project.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize and archive documentation of workers and contractors.
• Prepare project files according to established procedures and forward them to the Legal Department for review.
• Maintain and distribute up‑to‑date lists of workers and contractors.
• Assist in drafting contracts for workers, contractors and adjusters using approved templates.
• Prepare supplementary documents for hiring processes and track contract signing and filing.
• Manage entry and exit registration through the ENTER system, verifying that all required documents are complete before granting access.
• Keep the active personnel register on site current and forward necessary documentation to Human Resources for worker registration and inclusion in the TSS.
• Request and follow up on TSS reports, insurance policies and other required documents.

Required profile

• University student in Business Administration, Law, Engineering or a related field.
• Technical or technological studies demonstrating the competencies required for the role.
• Previous experience in legal, administrative, customer service, human resources or administrative assistance.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to organize and control documents.
• Basic use of technological tools for document drafting and email communication.
