About the role

The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring that products are organized, recorded, and moved according to established procedures. The role works closely with the Warehouse Manager and other internal departments such as Customer Service, Social Media Support, and Billing.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and maintain order in the warehouse following standard procedures.
• Report any damaged or missing products to the Warehouse Manager.
• Transfer received goods to designated warehouse areas.
• Locate and prepare products requested by Customer Service, Social Media, and Billing departments.
• Record product entries in the warehouse system.
• Apply and update price labels to ensure accurate inventory control.
• Support the Dispatch area by placing security seals and attaching invoices for shipments.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Technical training in Logistics or Warehouse management, or a high‑school diploma.
• Male candidates only (as specified in the posting).
• Basic knowledge of merchandise handling.
