About the role

The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse, dispatch and distribution activities, ensuring that safety and organization procedures are followed. This role is essential for maintaining smooth flow of goods from receipt to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading merchandise, ensuring proper handling and organization.
• Prepare and dispatch orders according to daily schedules, verifying items against invoices.
• Support deliveries to client facilities and direct shipments to customers.
• Organize and store products correctly within the warehouse.
• Participate in cyclical inventories and monitor stock levels.
• Supply fuel to transport units and forklifts, keeping accurate records.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in all warehouse areas.
• Follow all company safety norms and procedures.
• Provide general logistical support as needed by the department.
