About the role
The company is looking for an Internal Auditor to oversee inventory control and ensure that all internal processes and controls are properly applied across the different areas of the supermarket.
Key responsibilities
- Perform internal audits of merchandise inventories.
- Monitor the performance of various departments to guarantee optimal operation.
- Verify compliance with established controls and processes.
- Prepare and present detailed audit reports using Excel.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or final‑year student in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Completed courses in Internal Auditing and Inventory Management.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Advanced Excel reporting skills.
- Knowledge of internal audit procedures.
- Understanding of inventory control techniques.
