About the role

The Process Auditor will evaluate and verify that operational and administrative procedures at Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa meet internal policies, regulatory standards, and quality expectations. The role focuses on identifying improvement opportunities, reducing operational risk, and ensuring compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess operational and administrative processes.
• Verify compliance with internal policies, standards, and applicable regulations.
• Identify deviations, risks, and inefficiencies in processes.
• Prepare audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze performance indicators to gauge process effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various departments to drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in internal and external audits when required.
