Assistant SCM Customer Service Planning

About the role

The Assistant SCM Customer Service Planning supports the customer service area by collecting data, analysing information and executing projects. The role follows orders through to closure, audits shipments and keeps documentation up‑to‑date while contributing to continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Generate the daily agenda of orders that expire on the same day.
• Audit shipments sent to warehouses.
• Prepare Fill Rate and On‑Time Performance reports for production teams.
• Issue the Non‑Stock Report for direct‑customer orders.
• Calculate daily shipped shirt quantities to evaluate plant performance (report required by Puerto Rico).
• Distribute the Haina Open Order to manufacturing supervisors for daily production planning.
• Lead analysis and resolution of complex problems, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvements in processes and collaborate with departmental teams.
• Participate in daily manufacturing meetings.
• Attend all assigned Health, Safety and Environment trainings and comply with 5S/MESH and company safety policies.

Required profile

• Student in the final cycle or monographic level of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, with at least 90% of credits approved.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Minimum two years of experience in administrative support, preferably in manufacturing, materials/production scheduling or customer service.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with AS400 (preferred).
• Familiarity with VISTA (preferred).
