About the role

We are looking for a proactive, organized bilingual Executive Assistant to support the Marketing Director. The role involves coordinating daily activities, managing agendas, and assisting with advertising campaigns while maintaining professional relationships with clients and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize internal and external events.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate communication with local and international agencies, vendors, and clients.
• Handle administrative documentation, departmental budgets, and expense tracking.
• Support planning, execution, and follow‑up of marketing projects and advertising initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or final‑year student in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written) and strong Spanish communication skills.
• Minimum two years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, and social media concepts.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and deliver results with attention to detail.
