Asistente de Ventas Corporativas y Formalización Comercial

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Corporate Sales Assistant to join Vegamóvil’s Corporate Sales team. The role supports daily management of corporate clients, ensuring opportunities are tracked, deals are formalized, and commercial activities are recorded in the CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on corporate quotations and proposals.
• Maintain contact with clients and monitor commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate internal processes required for closing and formalizing sales.
• Track documentation, approvals, payments, contracts and pending requirements.
• Keep the CRM updated with contacts, activities, status and next steps.
• Collaborate with various departments involved in the commercial process.
• Prospect and visit companies to identify new business opportunities.
• Channel qualified opportunities to the Corporate Manager.
• Assist in preparing commercial management reports and controls.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, commercial support, deal formalization, financing or corporate services.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities, attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and capable of working collaboratively across departments.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
